Cows Emit more Greenhouse
gases than Cars!
>
* According to a U.N. report, 22 billion livestock worldwide generate 18% of the world's greenhouse gases, higher than 13% of transportation.

Livestock
Greenhouse gases?
The UN says agricultural livestock accounts for 18 percent of all greenhouse gas emissions.
The process results in copious amounts of methane a gas that has more than 80 times the 'global warming potential' of carbon dioxide, across 20 years according to the
UN Economic Commission.
There are estimated to be 1.5 billion cows on the planet, with each one capable of producing 500 litres (132 gallons) of the gas each day.
In addition, livestock urine produces nitrous oxide, another powerful climate pollutant.

Methane Capsule Service
It succeeded in developing methane capsules for the first time in the world. If methane capsules are injected through cow mouth, they can stay in the stomach of cows and identify real-time methane concentrations and methane emissions. Methane capsules can be used for up to two years while staying within the so-called range. Methane information collected through IoT communication (LORA, CAT M1) is transmitted to a real-time cloud server. Open API is supported so that collected methane gas information can be used in each field

Our Mission
Currently, the earth is suffering from the methane gas
(greenhouse gas) emitted by livestock.
Your livestock emits far more greenhouse gases than your cars.
Thus, Metech has been doing a lot of research (R&D) on methane gas measurement and reduction devices in livestock over the past three years to save the Earth's environment.
We are still working hard to research and improve results with a mission to reduce methane gas emissions by 30 to 40 % from more than 1.5 billion cows worldwide.
Please keep an eye on our company.
Thank you.
Press release
MeTech succeeds in developing the world’s 1st ‘methane capsule” for measuring cow methane gas
Metech is a startup specializing in livestock methane gas research
Metech, a startup specializing in livestock methane gas research, announced on Dec. 28 that the company had successfully developed the ‘Methane Capsule’, an equipment that can detect and measure methane (CH4) and CO2 generated in the stomach of cows.
Charles Park , CEO of MeTech said, “We have succeeded in developing the world's first methane capsules based on our expertise of livestock ICT technology for the past 11 years. When the methane capsule is inserted into the cow's mouth it remains in the cow’s stomach, allowing us to assess and measure the methane concentration and methane emissions in real-time.....

MeTech, Succeeds in developing world's first methane reduction capsule
The experimental results showing the automatic reduction of methane gas from 8,000ppm to 1,000ppm achieved in just 30 minutes
MeTech(MeTech, CEO Charles Park), a startup specializing in livestock methane gas research, announced that it has succeeded in developing a methane reduction capsule that can reduce the amount of methane gas (CH4) emitted by more than 60%, after two years of research and development. Real-time data showing that methane gas is actually being reduced and the methane reduction capsule were first released on the 3rd......
